RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enthusiastically share knowledge about our wide range of State Farm Insurance products and services.
- Guide customers through seamless policy applications and renewals, ensuring their coverage fits perfectly.
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to customer inquiries, turning questions into opportunities for connection.
- Keep precise and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, helping our team stay coordinated and efficient.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that help you connect and build trust with customers and teammates alike.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but your passion for helping others and eagerness to learn matter most.
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
